Tell me about the SMARTtools

Our SMARTtools fall into two families - SMARTtrip and SMARTgrowth, both leveraging the flagship product, TravelingToGive.

 

SMARTtrip

There are three basic types of SMARTtrip tools:

VENUE - for a specific place or company - think of this as your VISIT US tool

ANYWHERE - for travel to anywhere, at any time, for any reason, perfect for giving campaigns

EVENT - for a specific event - making it easy for people to attend your event

Our tools can be installed on your site in minutes, can be hosted on our site or they can be used on your Chrome browser with our extension. 

All event and venue tools come with our tVITE™ travel invitation, which allows you to set up a tool and then send a travel invitation via email to a list of people that you want to invite and if you were invited in as a GOLD member, you also get one SMARTmap tool for your venue or event.

SMARTgrowth

There are three SMARTgrowth tools available, based on your level.

SMARTsnapshot - Link manager to help you more effectively market your products and services.  We provide automatic conversion for current Linktr.ee customers.
SMARTlauncher - Chrome Extension that provides a consistent, branded team experience for organizations with distributed/remote teams - improved productivity through integrated trip planning for sales and service teams that travel.
SMARTbranding - With this Marquis level option you get your own branded portal for your network - a revenue and engagement engine for growth.  It includes all of the benefits of our Marquis level, plus 9 navigation items and a custom image library on the browser extension.

There are a number of additional options available for each tool, depending on the level of your account.  

SILVER accounts are FREE and can use an unlimited number our Venue and Anywhere tools.

GOLD accounts take advantage of our Click | Travel | Give campaigns to raise money for their preferred charity.  We donate 25% of our gross revenues from travel booked.  They also have access to an unlimited number of EVENT tools, the ability to customize your own tool and choose your charity of choice and you get one SMARTmap tool for your site.  If you do a minimum of 25 bookings per month, we also pay a royalty on a quarterly basis.

PLATINUM accounts earn a royalty on each booking and do not have any limits on the number of tools in each category.  Plus they can earn bonuses for increased engagement, conversion and for higher spending levels by their network (higher average daily room rate yields higher revenue share).

MARQUIS accounts are those that need dynamic tools, to trip enable content on their site or system.  Rather than building individual tools for multiple locations or events, they are able to insert the tool once into a page template or system component and add trip planning seamlessly.
