Do I have to sign a long term agreement?

Once you agree to the business terms proposed in the QUOTE provided by our business development team member, there is no need to sign a contract.

If you have a legal department that requires signing of a formal agreement, we can provide a PDF of the following terms with a signature page, but since the terms are mentioned on your QUOTE, when you sign the quote, you are agreeing to these terms.

All terms in the QUOTE supercede any of the standard terms.

TERM and TERMINATION

This Agreement has a renewable term of one year and and two year and includes termination provisions as set in the General Terms.
