Who has access to my Smart Calendar?

The ACCESS list is from your Google Calendar.

 In your Google Calendar, there is a function in the Settings & Sharing for each of your calendars (look for the three dots to the right of each calendar)  that shows who you have granted access to.  
In the Access part of your Settings on Smart Calendar, that list will have access to your Dashboard and any event landing pages, unless you UNCHECK the boxes for those that you do not want to include in your access list.
NOTE:  Your Smart Calendar Dashboard is a concatenation of all of the calendars that you choose to include under the next tab, My Calendars, so the list of individuals from all of the calendars.
The system will pull the list and display them alphabetically. You may then either uncheck all of them, check all of them or check and uncheck individually.
Normally the Dashboard and Meeting Landing Pages will be shared via email, but if they would like to get a mobile text instead, you may enter their mobile number and it will be stored.
Once you update the list, that list will be saved.
