      What is the SmartNavigation tool?

      The SmartNavigation tool uses the Concierge function to allow you to simplify navigate to any content on your site or across sites. Think of it as a Directory of content. It does not include trip planning capabilities.

      Level Required

      The SmartNavigation tool uses our Concierge Only feature and is only available for our Platinum Level partners.  It requires that the user pay a monthly or annual license fee.  We also offer a one-time license fee option.

       

      The Functionality

      One of our partners uses the tool for a directory of Made in the USA stores (1400 stores in over 70 categories).

      Each category has pictures for each of the sub-categories, which can be expanded or condensed.


      For this particular partner, each sub-category then has a list of individual stores, each of which is deep linked into the SHOP function.  If the user had a Shopify store, they could link directly into that.
