What is the Smart Event tool?

The Smart Event tool provides a simple way for event attendees to find and book available lodging nearby the event, find driving directions, rent a car and book an air ticket, all without leaving the event site.

Static Event Tool

You may build a tool specifically for an individual event by setting up the event name, location and date of the event.

You can set up whether people should arrive the day before (e.g. for an event starting early in the day) and whether they should stay the night after (e.g. for an event ending late or where alcohol is served).

Dynamic Event Tool

For those organizations that have an event system or a list of many events that are defined in a database, it makes sense to use our Dynamic Event tool where we allow you to write a simple script and pass the data elements to the tool in real time.
