What is a Territory Partner?

Solutionz is seeking Territory Partners outside the US.

We are looking for partners outside the US market that will market TravelingToGiveâ„¢ and our other Smart Tools and will provide first line service to our customers.

In the case of Canada, our territories will be individual provinces. 

In certain regions, we will consider multiple country territories.

Is there a fee?

Yes, territory exclusivity requires a license fee up front of $50,000 for the first year.  If the revenues generated in the territory exceed the license fee for the first year, the fee will be waived for subsequent years.

What are the benefits

As our Territory Partner, you will share in the revenues generated in the territory on a 50/50 basis.  You will also maintain the relationship with all clients and any existing channel partners that have been signed in the territory.

Who provides support to the customers?

The Territory Partner will provide first level, direct support to your clients and channel partners, including marketing support. 

Solutionz will provide second level support to your support team.

The travelers will be supported by our inventory partner and backed up by the Solutionz team.  

What are our commitments to our Territory Partners?

  • Dedicated account team providing tech support and analytics review to your team.
  • Our Account team will exhaust all avenues to ensure that we are able to resolve any traveler issues through our inventory partner and the end provider (lodging, car rental, air).
  • First access to major enhancements, with most favored nations pricing if there is a fee for the capabilities. Coming later this year:
    • Smart Trip Pin
    • Smart Calendar
    • Smart Snapshot
  • Membership on our Product Council to help shape product roadmap and priorities.
  • Case study featured on our website.

What are the requirements for a Territory Partner?

  • Assignment of a point person that works with team to ensure your success in the territory.
  • Commitment to a growth plan, driven by a high level of visibility (e.g. merchandising based on our recommendations, resulting in views) and activity (engagement and conversion).  Goal in the first six months should be month over month growth every month.  Beyond that, the goals will be adjusted in collaboration with your Account Director.
  • If a traveler problem is surfaced through your client base and the problem is with the vendor providing the end service (lodging, car rental, airlines), if a refund is not forthcoming through normal channels, the Territory Partner agrees to split the refund amount with Solutionz to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Press release about the participation in the program, to be jointly released following successful pilot.
  • Participation in monthly review call to review placement and communication recommendations.
  • Contribution of ideas to the Product Council.
  • Addition of smart trip tool to your CONTACT US page on your corporate site within one week of registering as a Territory Partner (this can be used to socialize the tool).
