What is the cost of being a MARQUIS Level partner?
You can choose to pay monthly at $199.00 USD per month as a recurring charge. You can pay annually $1,899.00 USD each year as a recurring charge. Or you can choose to pay for two years at $1,499 USD per year.
What features do I get as a PLATINUM Level partner?
PLATINUM partners earn a royalty on all bookings and referrals, plus we still donate to your charity of choice. You get all of the features from PLATINUM accounts, plus:

Am I eligible for revenue sharing?
The simple answer is yes, with the use of our SMARTtrip or SMARTevent tools you earn base revenues of $1 per booking unit.
You are paid monthly, based on "consumed" bookings (after checkout for bookings that were not cancelled) with a minimum of $100 payable to maintain monthly status. Otherwise, payment reverts to quarterly.
If you choose the SMARTgiving Model, you forego the revenue sharing and go all in with giving to your charity of choice.
Opt-Out Bonus - Double the Base Royalty
If you deploy our tool integrated into your B2B system for all of your customers, we double the revenue share, allowing you to share the royalty with your customers or any other type of credit that you wish to provide.
Am I eligible for volume and performance bonuses?
Yes, during your success planning meeting we will discuss the elements of merchandising and placement that will impact your ability to earn bonuses.
There is a performance bonus if you exceed engagement and/or conversion threshholds.
There is also a performance bonus if you exceed average daily room rate and length of stay threshholds.
How can I tell what my volumes and engagement will be?
We have an interactive Revenue Predictor tool available in the Portal that estimates the expected donations and royalties.
Can I choose my charity?
Yes, as a MARQUIS Level partner you may designate your charity at the Account level and may also designate a charity for each tool that you build.
Will I have my own Account Director?
Yes, you will have periodic meetings (initially monthly for the first quarter, then quarterly) meetings to talk about your results and any recommendations for improvement. Annually, you will set new goals for your bonus levels.
What if I need implementation support?
We give our MARQUIS Level partners free "do it for you" implementation support. If you need assistance, the fee is $499 USD for developer support.
Can I get marketing support?
Yes, as a MARKETING Level partner, you get our TOOLKIT for marketing and 8 hours of marketing support per month at no additional cost.
Having a dedicated marketing resource available 10 hours per week is $5000 per month.
Are there any other key perks?
Yes, there are many more customization options for your tool when you are at MARKETING Level, including the use of our dynamic tool, which can be plugged in to any enterprise system or database driven system.
