How do I become a PLATINUM Level partner?
Once you book and complete do 75 bookings in a 3 month period as a GOLD Level partner, you are automatically upgraded to PLATINUM.
If you were referred by an existing PLATINUM Solutionz Smart Tool user, you were automatically upgraded to PLATINUM. Likewise, if you refer other accounts, you may bring them in at PLATINUM as well.
Your referral code can be found in your Account File and you have a user specific referral code in your User file.
What is the cost of being a PLATINUM Level partner?
You can choose to pay monthly at $40.00 USD per month as a recurring charge. You can pay annually $384.00 USD each year as a recurring charge ($32.00 USD/mo). Or you can choose to pay once and use the product for lifetime with one payment of $999.00 USD.
What features do I get as a PLATINUM Level partner?
The features are listed above. Each level is additive to the previous level's benefits.
Am I eligible for revenue sharing?
The simple answer is yes, with the use of our SmartTrip or SmartEvent tools you earn base revenues of 10% of the gross revenues earned by Solutionz. You are paid monthly, based on "consumed" bookings (after checkout for bookings that were not cancelled).
If you choose the SmartGiving Model, you forego the revenue sharing and go all in with giving to your charity of choice.
Am I eligible for volume and performance bonuses?
Yes, during your success planning meeting we will discuss the elements of merchandising and placement that will impact your ability to earn bonuses.
There is a 10% volume bonus that will be added to your base royalty if you achieve the agreed upon volume threshholds.
There is a 10% performance bonus if you exceed 4.6% engagement.
How can I tell what my volumes and engagement will be?
We have an interactive Revenue Predictor tool available in the Portal.
Can I choose my charity?
Yes, as a PLATINUM Level partner you may designate your charity at the Account level and may also designate a charity for each tool that you build.
Will I have my own Account Director?
Yes, you will have periodic meetings (initially monthly for the first quarter, then quarterly) meetings to talk about your results and any recommendations for improvement. Annually, you will set new goals for your bonus levels.
What if I need implementation support?
Yes, we give our PLATINUM Level partners free "do it for you" implementation support.
Can I get marketing support?
Yes, as a PLATINUM Level partner, you get 8 hours of marketing support per quarter.
Are there any other key perks?
Yes, there are many more customization options for your tool when you are at PLATINUM Level, including the use of our dynamic tool, which can be plugged in to any enterprise system or database driven system.
