The Basics
The first step is to choose the tool type. This governs the behavior of the tool. The various tool types listed will be determined by your level. All clients have the Anywhere tool and the Venue tool. Gold partners have access to build Event tools and Platinum partners have the Smart Map Tool. Enterprise partners also have unlimited dynamic tools.
The second step is customization. This is only available for Gold, Platinum and Enterprise partners.
DETAILS
On the DETAILS section, the Header Title appears on each tool. And based on where the venue or location of the traveler is, you can change the currency for their results page.
CHARITY
On the CHARITY tab, if you are a Platinum client, you can change the charity (one per tool). If you are Gold, all tools impact the same charity, so this will be pre-filled from your account.
The charity tag can automatically appear as the marketing message on the tool.
LOOK & FEEL
This is where you can attach your graphics and determine the link for your header and also the marketing message and color palette.
TRIP OPTIONS
The trip options allow you to save time for the travelers by pre-setting their preferences for the defaults: trip length, the number of adults and rooms.
We can then customize the lodging options: brands, property types, stars, number of beds, amenities and property types.
And flying options: class, preferred airport.
And for Platinum users, they can set options for Group travel (blocked space for events). 
CONCIERGE
The CONCIERGE tab is a powerful tool that allows the user to customize links to any website or digital asset of the clients or any of their partners. The client can deep link into the site, including affiliate codes for them to get credit for any traffic driven to the partner site.
The Settings for the tab allow you to rename the tab (e.g. Event Concierge or About Your Trip). You can also change the size of each of the link images (2 up, 3 up, 4 up and 6 up). You can also indicate whether you want the tabs expanded or condensed when the tab is accessed. Note that PINNED sections will always be expanded and at the top.
At this point, all the images are rectangle. The user can select the sort for the sections and the items within each section.
Each section has an icon and you can indicate whether it should be pinned to the top.
You can edit, clone or delete a section. Each item consists of a description, an image (under 2mb) and a URL.
