Client Onboarding and Payment

When do we give you our banking information?

Once you have completed 10 bookings, you will be upgraded to Gold Level.  Once we are ready to pay your first royalty (or donation if you are a 501c3), we will do the transfer to you via ACH. 

Prior to the first payment, your account director will send you a W9 form and ask you to complete a secure form to submit your banking information.

If you are not a 501c3, your donation will be made directly to the charity in your name.

We will notify you via the portal in the notifications section of the portal when the payment is made.  

You will also be able to view the bookings on your Dashboard, although the payment will not directly correspond to the timeframe of the booking, as we are paid on checkout and we pay you by the 10th of the month following the receipt of the commissions.
