How do I use the Knowledge Base?
The Knowledge Base is our support system and it is accessible from any of our websites or our Portal, for our users.
The Knowledge Base can be accessed from the Portal or from any of our websites. Click in the chat box in the lower right corner of the screen.
From there you can search the Knowledge Base by typing in any term into the Search articles box.
During business hours you may also chat with us. If it is outside business hours, you'll see when we'll be back and you can enter your email address and your question and we'll get back to you by email.
