The Solutionz Smart Tools dashboard in the Portal will give you the most up-to-date metrics to understand how your tools are performing in realtime.
HERE THE DASHBOARD IS EXPLAINED.
TRIP DASHBOARD
Tools Online: Displays how many different tools from your account are active and in use.
Tools Views: Displays how many times all tools from your account have been viewed in total.
Tools Searches: Displays total number of hotel searches for all tools from your account.
Tools Bookings: Displays total number of bookings made for all tools from your account.
Avg Views Per Tool: Displays average number of views for each tool from your account.
Avg Searches Per View: Displays average number of hotel searches per view for all tools.
Avg Searches Per Booking: Displays average number of searches on tool for each finalized booking.
Engagement: Displays percentage of searches made for each view.
Conversion: Displays percentage of bookings made per search. Normally it takes 100 searches to produce 1 booking (1% conversion). We see 4-5% conversion normally, significantly better than the industry average.
CHARTS
For each of the items with the chart mark next to them, you may display a chart showing the activity for whatever time period that you select.
SALES RECAP - Key Performance Indicators
Gross Hotel Sales: Displays the overall total dollar amount of all hotel bookings.
Total Room Nights: Displays the overall total number of nights booked using all your tools for the dates specified.
Avg Daily Room Rate: Displays the average daily room rate for all your tools over the dates specified.
Total Rooms: Displays the total number of rooms booked for all your tools for the dates specified.
Average Hotel Sales: Displays the average dollar amount of each booking for all your tools over the dates specified.
Average Room Nights: Displays the average number of nights booked per reservation for all tools over the dates specified,.
Avg Length of Stay: Displays the average length of time a guest stays in a room for all your tools for the dates specified.
Avg Number of Rooms: Displays the average number of rooms booked per reservation for all your tools over the dates specified.
